If you’re grieving someone you’ve lost, I work as a medium. I connect the two worlds together, bringing reassurance that we survive physical death and the love you shared will always be there.

If you’re navigating change, feeling stuck, or searching for direction, I work as a mentor and holistic therapist to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with clarity and strength.

I am exceptionally good at seeing people as who they truly are, their potential on a soul level, as Spirit. Often, beneath life’s challenges, grief, uncertainty, or self-doubt, people lose connection with their own inner strength and clarity. My role is to help them connect with that part of themselves again.

I am a Spiritualists’ National Union (UK) Award Holder, holding a Diploma in Demonstrating Mediumship, as well as Certificates in Demonstrating, Speaking, Teaching, and Assessing Mediumship. I am an appointed officiant of the SNU, meaning I am an ambassador of the religion of Spiritualism. I trained at Arthur Findlay College, the world’s foremost college for the development of mediumship and psychic studies.

Is this therapy?

No, this is mentoring—not a replacement for therapy. If you’re dealing with diagnosed mental health conditions, I recommend working with a therapist alongside mentoring, or in some cases, instead. Mentoring is for those seeking guidance, clarity, and transformation around life’s challenges and spiritual growth.

Do I have to believe in spirituality to work with you?

No. You don’t need to believe in anything specific. You need to be open to the possibility that there’s more to yourself and life than meets the eye, and willing to explore that with curiosity and honesty. The rest unfolds naturally

What if I'm sceptical about mediumship?

Healthy scepticism is welcome. I do not ask you to believe anything; I ask you to experience it and draw your own conclusions. Many clients come to me being sceptical and leave with genuine experiences. Others choose the mentoring path without mediumship, and that is equally valuable. Your comfort and readiness matter.

How long does transformation take?

That depends on what you are working with. Some clarity emerges in six weeks. Deep grief healing takes longer. Spiritual development is ongoing. I am honest about timeframes from the start, no false promises of instant transformation, but genuine progress you can feel and measure.

What's the difference between your three services?

-Connection & Clarity is for connection with deceased Loved Ones, Healing & Life Guidance
– Clarity & Direction is for life transitions and uncertainty
– Spiritual Development is for those called to grow spiritually.

You might use just one, or move between them as your needs evolve. We will discuss what makes sense for you.

Can I do this remotely?

Yes. All sessions with me can be done by phone or video. How the appointment takes place, doesn’t diminish the work, authentic connection happens wherever you are.

What's your background?

I have worked 25+ years in holistic therapy and healing as well as spiritual practice. In addition, I worked a decade as a Lead Complementary Therapist in a Hospice. I have a Spiritualists’ National Union Diploma in Demonstrating mediumship, as well as a Certificate in mediumship, speaking, teaching, and assessment from the SNU. I am an Officiant of the religion of Spiritualism in the Spiritualists’ National Union (SNU). I’ve run several of my own therapy centres, worked in private practice, and I am professionally trained across multiple holistic modalities. More importantly—I have lived what I teach, I have navigated real life challenges, and I am committed to authentic practice.
