Payment is required before our scheduled appointment via PayPal

If required, appointment times can be rescheduled up to two weeks prior to our original schedule appointment

Block appointments will be paid in full prior to the first appointment of the block, each time.

A cancellation fee of 20 euros applies to all cancellations after our appointment has been scheduled

No refund can be issued when appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hour notice

Deposits are non refundable for workshops/seminars

Missed or late appointments will be forfeited. I am unable to remind you of our appointment, so please ensure you mark your calendar
